"Pretty easy to use"
The site was really simple to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. What more can you ask for, right? I just wish a few of the pages loaded a little faster, but overall it was a smooth experience.

It’s actually comfy, which is great, until you try to position it and suddenly feel like you’re solving a tiny furniture puzzle. Once it’s in the right spot, it’s fine, but getting the angles right can be weirdly awkward.

"Helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to iRest customer service. They got back to me the next day and actually explained what was going on, which I appreciated.
It did take a bit longer than I was hoping to get everything fully sorted, but they were polite the whole time and they did fix it in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, if that makes sense.

"Just doesn’t feel like it works right"
I got this mostly for the auto programs and the app control, and it’s been frustrating. It just feels like a lot of the features are kind of there, but not really working the way they should. The app drops connection a lot, the remote menu is weirdly confusing, and my saved settings keep disappearing. The heat also shuts off randomly, which really bothers me. For something at this price, I just expected it to feel more solid and dependable. Support told me to reset it, but that didn’t change anything.

"Warranty repair has been a headache"
I’m still waiting on the repair, the warranty feels useless at this point. Maybe it’ll get sorted eventually, but right now it definitely hasn’t been much help.

"Good massage, just a few small things"
I bought this from irest.com mainly for the massage features, and umm, so far I’ve been happy with it. The back massage is strong enough for me and it really does help after a long day at work.
The neck massage is nice too, but I do have to shift around sometimes to get it hitting the right spot. The foot massage actually surprised me a bit and feels better than I expected.
It’s not perfect since a few of the programs feel kind of similar, but overall the massage quality is solid. I’d say it’s a good 4-star chair for me.

"Not sure it did much for my back"
I tried this hoping it would help with my lower back pain, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. It was comfortable enough to sit in, so maybe I’m being a little unfair, or maybe I just expected too much. For actual pain relief though, it didn’t really do it for me. It might work better for someone else, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Late delivery and a messy setup"
The chair showed up later than expected, and the installer seemed like he was in a hurry the whole time. He left a bunch of packaging all over the place and didn’t really explain how anything worked. I also had to call twice just to get a delivery time slot, which was frustrating.

"Honestly, Way Better Than I Expected"
I bought this thinking it would just be okay for the price, but wow, I’m actually kind of shocked. It’s totally worth the money, and so far I have literally zero complaints. Like, why am I this excited about a good deal?

"Kinda disappointed it didn’t hold up"
